Abstract

Claus Roxin is not only the most important German criminal lawyer at the present time, but is also a really rock star due to the followers fervor usually shown to his person. For rise to the challenge of
that celebrity, it has been set up in Gotinga, German, the Educational Center for Criminal Law and Criminal Procedural Law, with the purpose of develop an impassioned academic and research activity which involves lawyer’s students of all the word, specifically from Latin America, where Roxin had trained a big amount of jurist.
