Five pending from the accusatory criminal system

Abstract

The operation of the New Criminal Justice System —which entered into force in 2016— has provoked conflicting opinions: both detractors who ask for it to be abandoned, and supporters who struggle to make adjustments to perfect it. The author of this article, the Director of the National Institute of Criminal Sciences (INACIPE), formulates in here five pending arrangements for the accusatory system to operate efficiently.
