Human rights and terrorism?
Main Article Content
Abstract
This document presents an approach to the concepts of human rights and terrorism, as well as the relationship between these two; to be understood, it has to have a historical approach based on the undestanding of its relevance. The article breaks with the traditional perspective where the binomial security-human rights are opposed, to present another one in which the prevention and fight against terrorism represents a measure of protection of human rights. Due to the presence of terrorist acts around the world, the article becomes important as it provides a fresh and clear look.
