Diligencia debida, cadenas de actividad y sostenibilidad

Abstract
Due diligence has emerged as an obligation to prevent, mitigate and repair large companies with respect to their chain of activities when adverse effects on human, labor and environmental rights occur, replacing voluntary social responsibility. The analysis of the different international, regional and national instruments will reveal their validity, scope and responsibility for non-compliance.
