Aplicación de las neurotecnologías a la cognición y el comportamiento social

Resumen

En esta revisión se propone realizar una exploración sobre las neurotecnologías que se han desarrollado o que están en curso de desarrollo en seres humanos, en el marco de las neurociencias cognitivas, sociales y afectivas para conocer, analizar e influir sobre las regiones del cerebro involucradas en la cognición y el comportamiento social, como los simuladores de modelos neuronales, las tecnologías para analizar la actividad cerebral, el desarrollo de drogas y tecnología para el diagnóstico de patologías que afectan el funcionamiento del cerebro; neurotecnologías que permiten influir y manipular la actividad cerebral, así como los hardware y software para estudiar el cerebro.

Licenciado en Administración e Ingeniería. Especialista en Gerencia de Tecnología. Magister en Gestión Organizacional y doctor en Ciencias Empresariales. Es miembro fundador de la FNAD. Actualmente
se desempeña como consultor e investigador de organismos privados y públicos en Latinoamérica.
