Abstract
The legalization of marijuana it’s a controversial issue, that the government doesn’t want to discuss despite the fact that recently some lawers have won several trials in favor of the cannabis consumption. In this article, the author, as promoter of one of those trails, exposes the main arguments that
allow consumption of the referred narcotic.
