Abstract
Technology has strongly impacted our society modifying it and creating new disruptive processes that bring about profound
changes also in the way of relating socially and commercially, among others subjects, which requires an analysis from the Law for its adequacy and effective protection against new conflictive and criminal situations that, faciliatated by new technologies, can occur. In this article we will analyze some possible risks, and the need to take awareness and actions for protection and solution.
